Rebecca Brown Psychology Ltd uses the information we collect in accordance with all laws concerning the protection of personal data, including the Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR 2018. As per these laws, Rebecca Brown is the data controller.

A secure email system is used to email reports and records of involvement. 
Information is retained for a set period before being deleted.
Information is not shared unless required by law.
Contact details are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
Paper-based records are shredded once involvement has been completed.
